Best experience I ever had with a Body Shop!! Mr. Gonzalez was awesome and the entire staff made a very stressful situation much easier to deal with! Every part of my experience was perfect.....very fast and efficient and the follow up during the process was great!????

The area of bumper that was the damage was fixed but the other areas of the bumper where paint was flaking off from the last time you painted it was just painted over and not sanded down. I was disappointed with the work. mitch

I am not at all please with the work done to my bumper. The work does not look professionally done at all, and my Lexus dealer contact agrees. As highly recommended as Classic Collision came, we were both extremely disappointed.

Although the work was done, the car on the inside came back so dusty and dirty. That is not the way I carry my car and it was hard to breath in being that I'm asthmatic. The repair was done nicely, The car was washed, however, the entire car came back with white dust on the wheel, the navigation screen, everywhere!! Just don't do that again ok!

You guys are FANTASTIC! We had a tad of an issue as far as parts getting there on time, but regardless, you were able to fix my car in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. Shout out to Ashley who answered all 100 of my emails even while she was out on her sick day. She's a rockstar. Everything went smoothly and I couldn't be more thankful for their fantastic customer service! Also, I got overcharged when I paid and didn't notice but they called me about half an hour after I left and let me know that they needed to reimburse me $50. I don't think a lot of other companies would have done that. You guys are fabulous and I can't thank you enough!

My front right tire was deflated despite a checklist saying that tire pressure was checked. I couldn't drive home and risked a flat tire finding a gas station. Also communication from CC was not ideal. I had 2 messages one saying the car was ready and another saying a few more days. Cohen I tried to call I was put on hold and told the rep was busy. I am too busy for difficult communication. Body work appears ok otherwise but felt the customer service was lacking
