Classic Collision of Chamblee

Classic collision received my car October 18, 2016 my car wasn't ready till December 5, 2016 never knew the process would take that long to replace a tire ,rim ,and a bumper

Several issues: I chose CC based on neighborhood recommendations even though I had rec'd a cheaper estimate somewhere else. (****) The car was finished later than the original estimate even though texts all along kept saying it would be on time. (2) A trim piece was broken during removal & was missing at the time of pickup. Thankfully I caught it but we waited for the part to be located, purchased, and installed. This part wasn't related to the accident & I was never informed it was broken. (3) There is a strange discoloration on the newly painted bumper. Reason provided was due to previous repair job performed by previous car owner but the repair was on the inside of the bumper...looks like a surface prep issue to me that should have been caught & corrected during the paint phase. (4) The accident was to the driver-side front fender but it popped the passenger-side of the bumper out of alignment with fender. I pointed this out during the estimate & was told "ok" but it wasn't repaired. Reason given was due to the previous repair job yet the bumper was aligned fine on that side prior to the accident. For the premium cost paid for this repair I had much higher expectations so I will not be using CC again and will let neighbors know on the Nextdoor.com web site where people had recommended your company over others.

Excellent customer service! Nikki was wonderful - from the time the wrecker dropped me off (she was kind and sympathetic when I needed it!) until the day I picked up my car. In between she kept me updated, answered all my questions and always had time to talk to me. Natasha was also very nice and helpful! Thanks for such positive experience!

I appreciated the fact that you guys cleaned the car before giving it back to me after the repairs (not true the last time I brought it to you guys earlier this year) - little things like that make a difference....

It didn't go smoothly because after I went to pick my car up, they discovered a problem that required them to order an extra part. This delayed the repair by several days, but they were very fair in paying for the extra days I had the rental car, and for not charging me for the extra part & labor that was required because they took responsibility for not discovering the broken part during initial inspection and estimate. All in all they were very fair, and my car looks very nice.

It was handled very well and the current and possible other problems with the bumper were explained well. The price came in where the representative had explained the range and was done from quote, to what else was needed to finished in 2 days or less. So it was a good experience and done well. Thanks.
