The team i worked with were so in tune with my needs, what my needs were...they did not even need to talk to each other, they saw the issues with my car, explained fully the options i had, in simple english so i could make an informed decision. They were great to work with...excellent service. most importantly they did what they said they would do.

Cornelius deserves a lot of credit for taking over my job and pushing it through in a week. The craftsmanship is fine. I'd either fix or throw out the email update system as it spits out inaccurate information about job completion and it seems everyone at CC knows it. In my case, the work on my car was to take a week (and it did)' but I received emails every day stating it would take 4-5 additional days. Give some local control over what is communicated to you customers or trash a really bad system that does little but create anxiety for all concerned.
