Beau and Devine were very professional. I appreciated being notified via email and phone calls concerning the stages of repair that my car was entering. Rarely or never would any other collision shop would do that.

The experience was outstanding. From the start Erika's skills in explaining needed repairs was super! The new feature of sending email updates was also an excellent concept. The work done was excellent as always from CC, and you completed the job ahead of schedule. Charlie, the GM, was "johnny on the spot" in noticing I was waiting for the final check of the car and volunteered to go over it with me. You have a great, well-organized company and excellent corporate protocols that ultimately provide the best in customer service. Thanks you.

Bent is a friendly understanding estimator. However the repair of my Lexus G350 is not perfect. You can still see that the sheet metal is not back to its original shape. The paint job is good.

Upon initial pick up Blemishes existed, rework had to be accomplished; 2nd pick up, a nick was in the obvious and had to be re buffed. Currently, Paint mis-match is obvious and remains, finger-tip feel to repaired area isn't smooth, has gritty feel which indicates the buffer /person failed and the post inspection, quality process failed also to identify, correct and ultimately produce a fine, high quality finish as anticipated. Thanks !
