Erika Vardanian & Rashad & Michael Burmeister, all the front desk greeting staff went above & beyond EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Erika was ESPECIALLY GENEROUS , THOROUGH & KIND because I have a sick parent & my little puppy is sick so she was so sympathetic & kind & my expect st Classic Collision Chamblee was way beyond better than Buckhead. Don't send the computer generated text alerts if they're going to be wildly inaccurate. I got my car back 4 days after the texts said that I would and feel like I was lied to because, for example, it said my car was in paint last Friday when in reality it didn't go into paint until the following Wednesday.
