I have to say this was the most pleasant experience I have ever had for a situation I thought would be miserable. Erika was amazingly efficient and kept me informed about the process and completion date. When I picked my cat up Erika and Manny made sure my car was perfect. Geico was efficient and helpful to make sure my rental car was ready before I got there and it took very little of my time for the entire transaction. I will 150% return for ANY car repairs in the future. Thank you again for such a pleasant experience. Joyce N

Erica was the best, I never had to place a call to her once, she called me with updates around the clock about my car also the text message up dates are awesome, overall customer service was great if I have any damage to my car in the future I will definitely bring my car back for repair..excellent customer service I will recommend my friends and family.
