I trust Classic Collision on Chamblee whenever I need body work on my car. I always am satisfied. This time Erika Vardanian managed the repair after I was hit on the passenger side of my car. Besides estimating and arranging for the repair, she negotiated with the insurance company and arranged a rental car. Every thing looks beautiful. Classic Collision even did a detailed cleaning of the interior of my car. This and the test drives helped me feel comfortable driving again after a traumatic wreck. Erika's communication with me throughout the repair was another benefit. I felt my cat was safe in her care.

Great job of keeping me informed as the repairs progressed. My only "complaint" is that I wanted to get some body work done - that was not related to the accident - while the car was in the shop. I could not get any information abot those repairs prior to picking up my car. You could have made more money with a little more effort!

Erika was the best. She is professional and knowledgeable, a good communicator and quick. The repairs were accomplished in a very short time, days instead of weeks. The quality of repair is very good. I see accurate fitments and no debris in the paint. The car was presented clean for inspection. Great job.
