Needing to have body work done is almost inevitable when commuting in metropolitain areas, and this was the third repair Classic has performed on my car. As always, Classic Collision does an excellent job! My car looks better than it did before I was rear-ended. Also, the customer service provided by Shannon and Devine was exceptional. Hopefully, I won't have visit anytime soon; but if need be, I will only trust my vehicle in the hands of Classic.

Having to get auto repairs following an accident has always been difficulty and inconvenience to most people. We were impressed with Erika, the Classic Collision representative that handled our claim through Natuonwide. She was honest, courteous, and communicated regularly with us regarding the cost and quality of the repairs. She should be commended for her work ethic and performance as exemplary employee of your firm. You would do well to reward her for her being the 'face of the company' to your customers. We have used Classic Collision before because of the quality of the work your shop in Chamblee delivers. The treatment we received by Erika just confirmed our choice!

The entire team at Classic Collision Chamblee was terrific. It took a while for the part to come in but Brent kept me fully informed and took extraordinary steps to try and secure the part faster. The team was welcoming and engaging. This is not my first time using Classic Collision Chamblee and I would not hesitate to use this team again if I needed repairs. Thank you for the excellent repair work and costumer service.

Erika was great, but my Geico rep, Derek was not. Very unhelpful regarding my diminish value claim (he originally said I would get one, then he couldn't remember what he called me about when I asked, and now supposedly I am not eligible for one).
