Very friendly from top to bottom, excellent customer service. Notifications of progress, next steps involved and time frame to finish. The car looks perfect. I read the reviews, not sure what the negative comments are, my experience could not have been any better. I signed to be notified of changes rather then every day (by email). This is the first review I have ever written (late 60's). With all the hatred in this country I am making an effort to do something nice for people whenever the opportunity presents itself. I would recommend this shop to all my friends and anyone who asks. Paul E
