I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Classic Collision. Grant Watts was awesome and had the utmost kindness and respect. The bumper replacement looked absolutely awesome and I was especially impressed with the immaculate paint job. The customer service as provided by Grant was amazing and he was honest and in constant communication about changes in the repair and the status of the repair. Also, it was a fantastic surprise to receive a shiny and washed car when I picked it up. The carpets were even vacuumed which was unexpected but a very kind touch. Overall, great experience with Classic Collision and I will not hesitate to come back whenever I need body work done in the future. Great work!

There was damage to my hood when I picked up my car so now I have to be inconvenienced and take it back to be fixed and be without a car for 2 days.

The paint job on the parts is unsatisfactory. There are globs of paint on end points and I can tell that they had to paint over some of the plastic lining. I also think because of the unevenness in paint the bumper and fenders don't seamlessly line up. There are gaps that grow because of the unevenness. Besides that everything was great.

Being involved in an accident is very dramatic time and I just want to say that everyone that I dealt with at Classic Collision, Inc. was very professional and friendly. I loved and appreciated the constant communication. I never had to call once to check on my car. You constantly kept me in the loop. And then when I was very sick and couldn't pick up my car when it was ready, you brought it to me. My father got his collectors Jaguar fixed by your company too and was incredibly satisfied. You blow your competition out of the water.

Classic sent my vehicle out to check the alignment. My instructions were to check the alignment, it could be fine, if so leave it as is. Express Align Total Alignment made changes to the alignment. Now the car is out of align. Much worse than it was when I brought the car into the shop.I am very disappointed with the job Express Alignment Total Alignment did on my car. I will be taking the car to Gwinnett Infnity to have the screw up corrected. John Staggs

I appreciated receiving daily updates with an estimated pick up day and time. Every time the texts were informative. I appreciate the car being done a day ahead of the estimated finish time.

Quality of work, really nice. Car returned clean as well. Took way too long. Was told it would be ready on Jan 18th, then 21st then nothing but crickets. No calls returned to me. Car fially ready 13 days late. So thats 13 days of car remtal at full out of picket cost. I use my car for outside sales and this delay was not as promised. If you couldnt fix it in the time due to being so busy, please be professional and tell me in advance, so i can decide if i want to go elsewhere or stay with you. Agains repairs are very nice.. Just cost me way more money out of my pocket for car rental .
