There was no phone calls on up date on my car repairs, also what ever you washed or detail my car outside wax etc I have stains that won't come out

My service was excellent car looks great and Kristell was fantastic. I would highly recommend the repairs and Kristell. However when I got in my car the cigarette smell was awful. I rode with the windows open and have put an air freshner in my car overnight.

Although there were sone major delays. CC acknowledged my frustration and expense and did everything to keep me satisfied. Kristell in particular deserves commendation as ahe was the one who kept me informed regularly and answered any questions that I had. Her prompt and professional responses were greatly appreciated.
