I was so impressed with the quality and professionalism received from Classic Collision. William made the experience extremely pleasant despite the lack of urgency from the insurance company. He kept me informed every step of the way. Hopefully, I won't need them again under these circumstances, but I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need.

Communication and the time it took to repair was excellent. I'm hoping I do not get into another car accident however if I do I will make sure that I take my car back to Classic Collision.

No one wants to be involved in a vehicular accident or have accident repairs as a result. I went into my Classic Collision experience with high expectations, and I am happy to say that my expectations were exceeded. Not only were the repairs to my vehicle done first rate but Rick Thompson is the ultimate professional. He kept me informed as my vehicle was being repaired and made me feel part of the Classic Collision family.
