The staff was knowledgeable and kept me well informed about the progress of the repair. When they found additional damage the insurance company was contacted and arrangements made for the additional repairs and worked with the insurance for payment.

Car was repaired in Feb.2016. Wasn't super-impressed with the quality of work or how dirty the inside of my car was. Just happy to have my car back after nearly a month. Returned August 2016 because bumper was coming loose from the car, several places still had bondo residue stuck to them, paint job was splotchy and shotty in places, pieces of tape-lined plastic was stuck in my brake pads, and I was occasionally getting a strong smell of gasoline inside my car. The guy at the service desk (Ross) told me I should never expect the bumper to fit perfectly because they used after market parts. Seriously? Then he told me I would have to take my issue up with Geico and sent me on my way. It took several days and several phone calls to end up right back where I started. 6 days later I was told my car was ready. But when I arrived to pick up my car, the bumper was out of place on the opposite side. I was also told that my car would be spotless the second time around because when I picked it up the first time back in Feb.it was filthy and dusty on the inside. When I picked my car up this time, the inside was clean and the outside was dirty. I was told to come back for a free car wash. No way in hell I'm going back, unless something starts falling off again. And if that happens it will take a whole lot more than a car wash to make me happy.

Secretary wouldnt walk away from her desk when asked for enterprise rep after she said they dont have a direct number to enterprise. Wrong parts were ordered. Incomplete assessments. Had engine getting ready to blow out on rental, had to exchange for a new one. Told the agents several times to check the left turn signal. The mechanic was never told to check it. I received numerous calls several times from enterprise about paying for rental days when car was still in the shop. Instead of enterprise calling geico, I had to take time out of my work days to call geico to request they update it in their computer. Once received call to pick up car, mechanics forgot to re install the seat belts. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. WILL NOT RETURN ANYMORE.

Emily Cushing set expectations very well, followed through on what she said she would do and was always polite, courteous and professional when interacting with me during the repair. The repair exceeded my expectations in terms of how "new" that piece of the car looks now. The thorough cleaning of the car was unexpected, but so greatly appreciated. I will be recommending Classic Collision to everyone I know that could use the services you offer. Way to go Team!
