My adjuster was great! One thing to point out -- My appointment was scheduled for 8:00am, and I arrived promptly, but no one was available to greet me. I waited for about 15 minutes. Then I left and re-entered through the insurance side where someone offered to help. if you schedule appointments at 8:00 am someone should be available to greet them. Other than that my experience was very positive.

John and Emily were wonderful to work with and made my experience there wonderful! My GMC looked great just like the day I first got it! The repair guys did an amazing job on it for sure and like nothing even happened to my vehicle! Thank you all for the great job!!!!

The mudflap to be repaired still had visible abrasions. I showed the guy who gave me my car and he said someone would contact me. I will call classic collision tomorrow to find out what to do. Other than that things went pretty well.
