The repair was everything I expected. It was perfect and I coudn't want more from a repair facility. The staff was friendly and attempted to speed the repair as much as possible.I appreciated Geico's claims service and feel confident that any facility that they use will be the best. I have never experienced such a high level of courtesy, professionalism, understanding, from a body shop in all my 50 yrs of driving. Your company sets a new standard in this industry. The 2 service reps, Brittany and Ernesto were incredible. I would never use anyone else if this happens again, and won't hesitate to refer everyone I know to your company. Somebody really knew when they were doing when they developed this business. You make people feel like they are in an upscale establishment by treating your customers like royalty, no matter what their vehicle is. Thank you so much for the fabulous work on my car.

From the time I dropped my car off , I was taken care of. I was taken to drivers services so i could get my license replaced( so I was able to get my rental car ) from being stolen out of my car Window was busted out bring the reason to be at CC , then I was picked up and brought back to CC . I was able to get some history of Classic Colision , I just want to say I so pleased with my car and most of all I appreciate everyone there at Kennesaw CC .. From being given ride n picked up , texts and call updates on my car repaires to everyone being so nice and helpful . THANK U ALL SO MUCH GOD BLESS

This exerence was and is the absolute worse. Exestremly UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE! The problem still exesit and I was lied to about the that should be done.
