Customer service and,as far as I can tell, the work done on the car were great! Only complaint would be that we brought the car in on a Friday and were told it would probably be done by Wednesday; wasn't done until late Friday; I would recommend your business

I did not have any problems with my trunk before it got rear ended. Yes it got fixed to where it closes but there is a portion of the trunk that dose not shut properly and before the accident my trunk shut perfectly. I never had a problem with it.

Please change your rental company. The rental car I had was so smoky. I thought you couldn't smoke in rental car I guess you can. That wad the only thing I didn't like.

My car was sent there by Jim Ellis. My seat belt was put back on backwards, they got paint all over the dashboard and somehow, the back of the seat. The back window frame cloth is loose. The lever to open the hood of the car now won't stay on... Not sure what else is a result of having my car at this shop. I won't use them again. Ever. They did offer to have me bring my car back in, I'd rather not. I'll have someone else fix it.
