There are corrective actions with the release of the SUV that need to be made, as I was only able to travel a mile or so before having to turn back to the Collision center due to an obvious engine noise and related vibration that seemed to be related to engine compression and a component along the front belt - an item that the QA manager should have caught.
If the QA manager inspected the SUV according to procedures, then the inspection procedure is flawed and should be changed.
I would like to know the full-scope of the engine problem that QA missed. Thank you in advance ****-****-xxxx John P

I picked up the car when they said it was ready and after inspection I saw little flecks of white that should not be there so they had to take it back and buff that down. Also, the trim piece I noticed had a gap in it. So now we have to have the trim piece replaced which is taking two more days. I felt somebody should've inspected the car a little better before they returned it to the customer. White flecks on grey are very noticeable!
