Brittany Williams went above and beyond. After completion of repairs the cleaning/detail of the car was not to my level of expectation. She took matters into her own hands by removing the film from the windshield and interior. I arrived after 6pm so the detail folks had already left. Additionally, Brittany retrieved my garage door opener that I left inside the Enterprise rental. She truly made the difference in my level of satisfaction!

Really went above and beyond for me on the work they did on my truck. Communicated every ate of the way especially when there were setbacks. Never expected this level of service from an automotive repair shop. Brittany was excellent. Will definitely use classic collision if the need arises in the future.

I can tell where the hard plastic mud flaps were reused on the replacement bumper cover. These should be mounted flush to the body. Mine have large gaps on both sides and it makes the repair look subpar like an auto body student did the repairs and not a world class shop. I understand that I drive a Honda Civic and not a luxury car but I expected my car to look repaired and not thrown together when I left. If the repairs I can see are this ridiculous I hold little hope for the things I can't see. I have serious concerns about other recycled parts.
