Great job. Maria was great scheduling my drop off and arranging rental car. I received update emails constantly. Phillip called and kept me updated. Great attitudes. I could tell there was great teamwork. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Since we have been a (too frequent) customer, I was surprised that we still were required to pay in advance for parts rather than settle the full bill when the repairs were completed. After all, you have the vehicle.

While I was satisfied with the repairs, the customer service could use improvement. Staff should speak when potential customers enter the building and if they say a car is ready, a customer shouldn't have to wait 30 minutes for the car to be cleaned when they arrive. Lastly, the person who brought my car up was driving with an open cup of coffee in his hand and would not have appreciated if it had spilled in my car.

On a scale of **** - 10 my satisfaction is a 7.5. The dash language on my vehicle had been changed to Spanish, The small antenna was not put back on (it was in the vehicle and I was able to put it on) The repair took 3 days longer than I was originally told. The actual work on the vehicle is great. No need to call unless you are required. Judy

When I go over speed bumps there is rattling in my car that wasn't present before. Also, one of my fluid lights has flashed a few times since I've gotten the repaired car. Most of the time the car seems fine, but these little things make me feel as if the repair might not have been done properly.
