I would have never expected should professional service from an auto repair shop. Every staff members exceeded high marks. From the moment you walk in the door. Todd was amazing. I able to wait on my repair and watched the love and pride your staff has for classic. Ive sent two people to you but never used you until now.

Jennifer did a great job keeping us up to date on the status of the repairs being done. She offered to stay late to make sure we were able to get the car on the day it was promised. Great work!!

I requested repair to my door but it wasn't completed. As well, I would've appreciated my assigned tech reviewing the repairs made with me upon completion and pickup. Instead, my car was just brought to me with no recap or interaction with the service tech as to what was completed.

Mike M did a great job, and I was impressed with the quality and length of time it took to complete my service. Mike called every couple days to update me on the status of my car, which I thoroughly appreciated. The entire staff at classic collision was welcoming and helpful, and I would definitely recommend classic collision to others.

You have got the most professional staff I have worked with. Jamie SCHULZ and his assistant Tomeeya were always keeping me updated and did an excellent job. I cannot say enough about Marnee. This is unfortunately my second visit to Classic Collision in the last two years, and I am always amazed how Marnee handles everything that she does without missing a beat, she is the tops in my book. Jamie worked with me on my time constraint to get my car back to beautiful, even when the parts did not come in on time. He was very respectful of the time element and I always felt that we were a team. Tamela (I have probably spelled this dear gal's name wrong) kept me informed every step of the way and was very cordial and supportive. The in-take gal was incredible at handling lots of people and situations at the same time....also very impressive at remember her clients. Other than the small issue of a loose molding strip that needed to be addressed at pick-up, I was very pleased with the work and the good feeling about using Classic.
