The service provided from inception to completion was exceptional. The staff (Marni, Jennifer, and Brandon) exhibited a high level of customer service rarely experienced or displayed in any industry. Many more thanks to Marni and Jennifer for just being fabulous. I was also quite pleasantly surprised by the updates provided on the status of the vehicle. By far, Classic Collision is a classic in providing superior customer service.

Your staff was absolutely excellant, Marnee and Tameeya were both awesome and great to work with. Same with the shop director. 3 reasons for not completely satisfied: #****, A lot of overspray on back half of vehicle and on rims. Took quite some time in fixing. #2, 2 significant areas (not big approx ****/4-****/2")next to driving lights missed being painted. I bought touch up paint and corrected however not great. #3, I was told by insurance the halo lights and LED trim light would be fixed. I didn't find out until arrival that wasn't done due to possible problems with Zenon lights which I understand. Just wish I would've known prior and had it worked out with insurance. All relatively minor issues and if I lived in Atlanta I'd definitely return. Again, your staff was awesome, other than areas mentioned the vehicle was good.

The communication with as to when my car would be ready was inconsistent and conflicting at times. I got a phone call saying "tomorrow" and an email saying "two days" but when I talked to my customer rep, he said "today."
It seems to me that one point of contact/communication would alleviate that issue.

I was made to wait through 4 attempts by the receptionist to call on the radio for someone to bring my car around so I could leave. As it was, I was made late to KY next appointment. Twice, I can understand. Four is not acceptable. In all, I waited more than 20 minutes.

Rashon really helped to make a difficult and upsetting situation much better. Everything was arranged through geico and things could not have run more smoothly. Rashid was attentive, detailed, and prompt. He kept me up to date with calls and text messages. My car was ready when promised and he reviewed all the work with me against the estimate. It's beautiful work and much appreciated. I hope I don't need them again but will gladly return for help if I do.
