My bumper was coming off my car when I came to pick it up, my gas tank door was scratched, the emblem was missing, and there was black glue on my chrome. I came back days later, and the emblem was poorly lined up, the previous removal marks were not buffed off, the car didn’t look like it was cleaned and the black glue was still there. After waiting another hour, the team buffed the emblem mess off and the glue. This was a horrendous experience and a complete lack of quality control. The rear spoiler was poorly put on and I was told it’s just hard to line up being plastic.

Car was not completely fixed and I now have to wait for another Geico appointment to be scheduled. My radio and dash electrics were all messed up and I had to asl them to reset them. None of that was wrong when I dropped it off
