Estimated days for repair were double what was originally quoted, communication regarding when the car was ready for pick up was confusing as I received an email and acetal phone calls that the car was ready but yet when I arrived to pick the car up, it was not yet completed resulting in a close to 2 hour wait.

The car repair was completed satisfactorily. I would have like to have gotten more phone calls about the staus of my car from both Classic Collison and Geico. On another note, Crystal the front desk Rep at the Cobb Parkway Marietta location made the experience even better. She was very friendly, attentive, and helpful during the process.

I was given a reasonable time estimate of when I should expect the repairs to be completed--at which point, it was. I received not only phone updates, but also email updates. These were service efforts that I believe if consistently delivered to a customer at a 90 to 100% success rate would lead to a very high customer satisfaction. Thank you, Twyman

Dustin did a great job of making me feel comfortable that the car would be treated properly. I really like the status update emails. When got there to pick up the car it was ready and looked great! I am very happy with the entire experience.
