I noticed when I shut my passenger side door from the outside I can hear the sound of glass sliding around inside the door. But, when I shut it from the inside I don't hear that. I think there might just be some broken glass stuck down at the bottom of the door.

I visited you via GEICO. Your service was fine and employees were friendly, but the "status" emails you sent me were several days behind. GEICO called me early Friday afternoon, 11/20, to advise my car was ready for pick-up. However, the first introduction email I got from you wasn't sent until late in the day on 11/20, by which time I had already picked the car up. I then received several additional status emails from you through 11/23, which obviously were not helpful.

Just an FYI to the company, it sure would have been nice once you realized the person handling my car (Dennis) would be out for a few days that you could have made sure I had someone else with some information about my. At to discuss things with. Dennis seemed to be the only one in the whole office with any clue to what was going on. So great experience with**** and not so good with the rest of the staff.

Initial drop off of my car went well. Spoke with insurance representative as well as a classic collision representative. I received an initial estimate call and estimated time frame about when my car would be finished from my insurance agent. But received no further updates throughout the week. I also never received a call that let me know my car was ready. I called on the last day my insurance was paying for my rental and whoever answered the phone let me know it was ready for pickup.
