The service was twice as good as what I usually experience at Hendrick BMW, and I've not had a problem with Hendrick. My service attendant, Greg, helped me troubleshoot issues with my car that were not related to the accident. Everyone who helped me was accommodating and friendly.

Oakley sunglasses and beats headphones taken from my cars interior. Rear passenger tire leaking... Actual body work looks good. Disappointed someone stole personal items....

Got daily text messages saying that my car is ahead of schedule and plan to pickup on Tues 12/13. However, I was called and told that the sensor light needed to be reset an this is typical for BMWs. It took 4 more days to "reset" this warning light? and then bill 500 more than the estimate to do this. I feel that there was more than a light reset... Not a good customer experience... as I had an extended rental etc...

I am taking my car in to Jake tomorrow to discuss the issues I am having. Handles don't match paint Steering wheel is now crooked when going straight Squeel of air while driving from front area of drivers door Something jumps when I go over bumps, like it's not attached properly There's a thump when turning the wheel sometimes and accellerating I found an extra part under my driver seat that was not put back Paint orange peel isn't uniform

I did enjoy how quickly everything was done. I thoroughly enjoyed the car that was rented to me. Just got my car back today, and my car whistles with regular speed. Sounds like I have a window down. Was not like that before the repair.It is loud and annoying. Other than that, I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would recommend it to anyone.
