I ran over some road debris with my 2017 Panamera car and did some underbody damage. Dean Burnett was very helpful and courteous despite Porsches slowness in providing replacement parts. The repair was done very well.

Dean Burnnett and his team have been excellent to work with. Dean got my vehicle schedule right away, repairs expedited and vehicle returned to me in just days. Original estimate of time to complete was 2-3 days. It ended up taking 2.5 wks. One of the spots I specifically pointed out was not fixed. However, Bruce did say he'd have his "dent guy" come to my house and repair it at no cost. Other than that, the work was professionally completed and the vehicle looks very good.

From my first phone call to my initial visit with Karen, my experience has been perfect and the customer service has been great. Everything was done as it was explained and I was kept informed the entire process and the car was delivered when Karen said it would be ready. They took care of me just like the service department at Hendrick Lexus, that being Jeff Granzen and Preston Caldwell. Thanks to Karen for a very pleasant experience.
