Well, this survey was more black and white than I thought it would be. Even though I was satisfied with my experience, it certainly wasn't without issues:
****) I had to call to find out the status of my car 4 out of 5 times. Email is a good notification, however, a phone call would should be first then the email.
2) The rental car was clean as far as vacuumed out however the inside windshield had a foggy film (like a smoke film) on it that was annoying.
3) Also, why did my car sit in the shop for almost 3 days before the parts arrival. You knew the bumper needed to be ordered. You knew that I was going to bring my car in on Monday 8/28, I called a whole week before I brought it in. Why wasn't it ordered prior to me bringing it in? then there was the issue of a wrong part and having to scramble to find the correct part. Because of this I didn't have my car for Labor Day weekend. It would have been nice to have it for the holiday.

Did not get emails as promised the first week. It was blamed on someone out of the office.
Called main number several times and got no one.
Lack of visibility on Independence and lack of decent signage is a real problem for finding location.
Office staff and personnel don't seem as professional as when I was there several years ago with a different car.

The experience was horrible and I do not wish to be contacted by anyone from that Collision Center. Just know that I would NEVER recommend your services to anyone... I really can't grasp the fact that you operate this entity of Hendrick BMW so vadyly different never concentrating on the customer. Perhaps you can train and develop your employees of Hendrick Motor Collision on how you are there to service customers and hiw to meet/exceed their expectations. It's done right down the road at Hendrick BMW service center!!!!!

First off, Rick was GREAT with communication. I appreciate all that he and his team did. Secondly, my dissatisfaction is with a replacement part. The replacement grill is not what was originally on the car prior to the accident. I had a classic style before the accident and now I have a large Mercedes emblem on the grill. Not what I wanted. Now I will have to go next door to see my service adviser to request they change the hood ornament to match the new grill. I suggest that photos are taken by the collision center to ensure the exterior facing replacement parts match. This is really inconvenient for me and I hope it can be fixed soon.
