Rick was exceptional keeping us informed in our vehicles progress throughout the repair. We were pleased with the look of the repair but didn't fully inspect it yet as the daylight ran out on us. From the initial look it appears to be done very well.

The lack of communication was frustrating. I was told it would be ready on a Thursday or Friday and then did not hear anything. I went to drop my rental car off ahead of being out of town and had to find out there that my car needed a QC and some last minute information from the insurance company. I received a auto-generated email later on the following week thanking me for picking up my car which worried me. The overall communication was just not good. I'd get sporadic emails then they'd stop and I'd have no clue where things were with my car. The formatted emails I'd receive looked very unprofessional (ex: different font sizes, Bmw not BMW) small things but not a good look for an extension of the dealer where everything was buttoned up. In the grand scheme do any of these things matter? Not really. Just a heads up.

Estimate of 3-4 days became ten days. Initially got a nice email saying that we would be updated consistently- re progress. We were impressed - until we received zero updates. We made several calls- did hear back when we left frustrated calls. Not a good experience.

The left rear door panel was not properly affixed to the door. The lane changer system is sending a message to take it to the dealer as it's malfunctioning. There was a tool left in the left rear of the car on drivers side floor. I gave it to the young lady at the reception desk. The interior of the car was not cleaned at all and there was overspray on the console and the rear glass outside which I removed with light compound. Obviously the quality control needs to be looked at seriously and there should be one person designated to inspect all vehicles prior to the owner coming to pick it up. I will say that the body and paint work was excellent but the little things are just as important as well. Walter M. Alton ****-****-xxxx

I am extremely happy with the service I received from Btuce N. Hecwas professional, knowledgeable and very efficient in preparing my quote and then following my car through the repair process. I especially liked the updates on the process. And should note that Bruce called me on one occasion to confirm the status of my car. When I picked up the car, he took time to explain the repair and the bill and made sure that I was happy with the results before leaving the lot. I will definitely recommend Hendrick and particularly Bruce N. as the agentvto work with!

The promised updates were delivered, but almost all were generic templates telling me repairs were underway or the car was being reassembled. I was having two repairs done under two different insurance companies. Would have appreciated details; when a supplement was required for one of the repairs, I had no idea why the insurance company was trying to schedule an inspection. Things could have been expedited if your shop had informed me; instead I spent four days going back and forth with Allstate about why an inspection was needed. When Allstate told me repairs were done without their approval, I contacted my Hendrick rep and learned what the actual issue was. You should be proactive in informing customers about repairs, especially when changes and insurance cos are involved. The generic, form-template updates are as good as nothing.

Rick listened to of all of my concerns with my E320 repair, kept me apprised of repair progress several times, and was quick to return my phone calls. He delivered on everything I asked, and was quick to provide an accurate description of what to expect. A credit to your organization!

Bruce did a wonderful job in making sure that I was completely satisfied. He went above the call of duty and I appreciate his attention to my repair. His customer service is one of the reasons I own a Lexus and insisted that repairs were done at a Lexus certified location.

Bruce was terrific with his advice and communications.my assumption is that the e damage behind the bumper and to the frame were repaire correctly. But cosmetically, the bumper and trunk lid cave ruff edges and marks, causing me to think that these areas should have been professionally detailed before the car was returned to is

Thank you, Bruce, for managing my car repair and overall experience. I talked with Bruce today about my experience, Bruce's manager about the additional, unexpected length of time it actually took to complete the repairs and also the poor experience with Enterprise. The Enterprise manager followed up with me this evening to apologize for the poor experience as well.
