the work looks great and Andrew kept me informed on the status. I also had the car sent over to the service center for some items but they did not fix the gas mileage indicator like I requested. They said it was working OK, it is not working.

Bruce was my agent he did a great job, took care of handling the insurance company (the headache). I got my car in a good shape and all is fixed. Happy customer service 5 stars. You have the best staff especially mr Bruce very kind and professional.

Everything went well! Mark is excellent. The only thing that wasn't quite right with our experience was that after our car was in the shop a couple of days, we called the front desk to find out how things were going, and no one answered, so we left a message. And then we called again the next day, and the same thing happened. We finally called our Geico representative, and he was able to get ahold of Mark, who then called us and left us his cell phone number to use from there on out.
