I was disappointed in the experience with Enterprise, however. My rental vehicle was an 11 year old Ford Expedition. The gas light and window washer fluid light were both on. Not the transportation I was expecting from a luxury collision center.

Dean did an excellent job informing me where my car was at through out the repair process. He even went a step beyond and informed my insurance provider and submitted several supplemental claims to ensure I had a rental car for longer and that factory parts were used. Very pleased!

There was poor communication from the very beginning. It took 3 weeks, when I call Mr. Burnett, he does not return calls.
After I took my car home, I found paint damage on my driver’s side hood. The paint on the roof of the car has a spot where paint was bubbled. The “hump”
Was not fixed at all. It’s a good thing it’s on the roof so it’s not noticeable. I asked Mr Burnett if he can fix the scratch on the back of the cast, I will pay out of pocket and he said her will give me a quote. I called him twice, no return call. When I finally got him on the 2nd week, he had no idea about what I’m talking about. I asked him the same question 2 days before I got him to give me a date for pick up and his response “I asked them to buff it but I haven’t seen it yet”. I knew for a fact it’s beyond buffing. So obviously he has no idea and he never looked at the car.
I took my car to you guys because Lexus referred us to you as reputable company.
I’m not asking for you to fix the damaged paint on my hood, I’m scared to bring
my car back to you guys again. But no one should have such bad service. We are not talking about about a Toyota or a Honda, it’s a Lexus car. No one should have a luxury car damaged while in your shop.

Took vehicle in and they broke it down right away to inspect for parts needed. Of course insurance company was a little slow approving but once approved it wall all put back together same week. This was a work van and turn around was very respectful of that. Thanks guys will continue buying a Mercedes.

While the work on the car appears to be excellent (only based on having the car for one day), the customer service was certainly not what I expect from a Hendrick shop. Since 2007 I have purchased nine vehicles from Hendrick dealerships, the majority from Lexus. Every time I have entered a Lexus facility, either for purchase, maintenance, service, or parts, I have felt appreciated and that I was dealing with a professional and quality organization. Unfortunately, I did not get that feeling at your Luxury Collision Center. As a former CEO I recognize and appreciate great customer service. In the end, I have my car back and it looks good, but the experience was not what I thought I would receive.
