Please have service updates to include phone calls once a week, in addition to emails. The emails are too brief and do not give any information on the time horizon for completion.

I have no issues with the repair of the front bumper but during the detailing of my car, some type of abrasive cleaning methods resulted in visible scratches and swirl marks over my entire black car. This is extremely frustrating and I’d like like to speak with someone immediately to determine the required corrective actions that will be needed. Herman S

I was not kept informed as promised with the repair process. I had to call for updates. When my car was ready I received an email an hour before saying it was in the reassemble phase. My biggest complaint I was not made aware throughout the entire process.
