DO NOT bring your car here for repairs!! Waited 2 months to get my car back. I got a call stating that my car was ready after 7 weeks, I went to inspect the car and the repair was completely unacceptable! The door that was to be repaired/replaced was in worse condition than before the accident (looked like it was beaten with a hammer) completely wavy, there was compound residue everywhere and paint drips around the rear light. They said they would take care of it and I was called back a week later to find that nothing had been done!!! Looked exactly the same as before. I was finally able to convince them that the repair was unsatisfactory and they ordered a whole new door. When I came in for the final inspection the car was delivered to me completely filthy with swirl marks everywhere and it looked as tho they wiped it down with a dirty rag :\ I argued that this was not the way to present a car to a customer and the body shop manager said to me if I wanted a perfect job and a cleaned car I should have taken it to a high end repair shop.... WTH!!! I thought this was a high end repair shop? DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS SHOP!!!! Completely unprofessional collision center that might as well be a chop shop the way they treat customers.

This body shop is unorganized. It lost my parts for four days. I was to bring it in for a simple body shop 101 fix of a bumper. They had painted bumper wrong color right from the start. They also had overspray on rear black trim. The thing that really upsets me is that they never return your phone calls. The manager Graham is rude, the service advisor German Duran is by far most unpunctual person there could ever be. Your better off taking your repairs to a mom and pop or family owned body shop. I wouldn't recommend this collision center to my worst enemy.
