First of all, I haven’t picked up my car because no one has called me to tell me that my car is ready to be picked up, I haven’t received any updates throughout the process, I’ve been the one who has had to call to check on status on more than one occasion, and both due dates that were promised have been missed, I called again today and my car is still not ready, so not sure why I’m getting text messages asking me if I’m satisfied with my car, when I don’t even have my car, so NO, I’m not satisfied!!! I was taken advantage of from the loaner department over a small scratch. I was charged for the scratch 260.00. I was lied to and about the amount, I was told I could use my insurance, he charged my debt card anyways. He was rude and talked over me. I am beyond upset. I lost everything in the storm and now this. Thanks a lot Nissan.
