Jeff ****, Zane Sr., Zane jr. All these guys were great and did such a great job with my Ford vehicle, they looked out for me when my insurer was dragging their feet and attempting to deny charges and put less than OEM parts back on my new Ford Explorer. Jeff went above and beyond to make the repairs correct and done as quickly as they could not withstanding the insurers delays At least 6 supplements were needed to get this straightened out finally with Progressive. I had to pay out of pocket for a rental car for 51 days I would highly discourage anyone from using progressive auto insurance going forward. They were awful and showed zero sense of urgency in fulfilling the claim after having Diamond stays with them for 7 years and the first claim made. They didn't care about me "the fully insured " and without Jeff consistently being there to defend me and the repairs done I am not sure if I would have my car back still or what shape it would be in today.
