Jay was very informative and kept me updated regularly. When he said he'd call the next day at about 2:00 pm, he called a little after 2:00. The office staff was friendly and helpful. And, most importantly, the car repair looks great.

Jesse Melero was awesome! He was extremely professional and his follow up was amazing! He even called me after a hail storm to let me know that my car was inside at the time and hadn't been hit. WOW- that far exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend Jesse and Service King to anyone.

I had the pleasure of working with Anthony (Tony) Cessa. great guy who cares about customer service and truly, believes the customer comes first. That's something I thought didn't exist anymore. Deffinitly give Tony a raise, he is worth every dollar.
