Amazing communication. Jennifer made sure all of my info was entered correctly, and even though I dropped off later in the day, my estimate was done quickly. I appreciated the text updates through the process. Jennifer was great with closing me out, making sure I was satisfied with my repair. My vehicle was returned cleaner than when I left it. I will not hesitate to return for car work, nor to recommend Service King in Parker.

From start to finish working with Service King was a great experience. Jesse was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the repair process and kept me up to date throughout the entire repair. The text notifications and update calls were a great way to keep me informed. The repair staff did an excellent job working on my truck, completed the repairs ahead of schedule and it looks brand new. I would certainly recommend Service King to anyone in need of a collision repair shop.

Amazing team! Customer service is awesome, the communication during every part of every process is stellar, and the commitment to excellence makes me feel that I am in the best hands! My vehicle has more work that needs to be taken care of and I have already begun the process of brining it back to my Service King because of how impressed I am with my entire experience! Kudos to the entire staff of the Parker Service King, and a special thanks to Jesse who was my point of contact throughout this process and was friendly, professional, communicative, and splendid overall!
