G.E.B. Collision, Inc. F148946

I went into G.E.B. Collision, Inc., yesterday, to get an estimate for damage that happen to my car in a parking lot, while parked. I was a little apprehensive @ 1st because the man that waited on me was a man of few words. As we walked out to my car to look @ the damage, I let him know that I knew the damage was minor, but w/it being a brand new car I just didn't like it. As he examined the damage he chipped @ the scratch (which was the full length of the door) w/his thumb nail, which made me cringe & then he did the same to the bumper, said “OK” & walked inside. Once we were inside he asked me for my keys & then left w/them. 15/20 minutes later he came back & said “It’s done.” We walked out to the car & sure enough it was done! He showed me that it was the paint from the other car (or something) in both places & all that needed to be done was to be buffed out! I asked him if he wanted my name & insurance information & he said “Nope, have a great day!” I could have kissed him! LOL! Seriously, I have only had my car a couple months! It hasn’t even had its 1st oil change yet, & to walk in there, as a woman, by myself & get such great customer service & they did not even want some sort of payment, I almost cried! They just won a customer for life!
