I was told that my vehicle was going to be vacuumed after the repair. I asked why it wasn't and i was told that my floorboards were too muddy. The thing is by back floorboards were not muddy and the back of the car was not even touched.

Everyone was friendly and professional. I like that I was able to get text updates to my phone. The environment of the place was clean and neat. It was also nice that my car was washed and vacuumed. Looked like a brand new car after the repairs. Thank you!

I was well satisfy with how the repairs on my truck Turned out my truck looks as good or better than it did the day that I bought it. Jennifer was very helpful with keeping me informed on the status of my truck the whole time it was in the shop. I would not hesitate to recommend John Harris body shop to any body, and in the future if I had another accident I would definitely have JH do the repairs. Thanks for taking the time to such a good jod,and I would like the entire staff at BY a merry Christmas
