Repair was done faster than expected. They even went out of the way to get the insurance company to pay for aftermarket trim pieces that were damaged in the accident. I would use JHarris again without hesitation.

My car looks amazing! It looks brand new. I don’t think the front desk staff know what customer service is though. No hello and no good bye. Not even a thank you for choosing us for your repairs.

I am completely satisfied with the work performed;however, the lady that helped me check out was not very professional. I am a huge customer service person and did not like her attitude when when she pulled the wrong Kelly's file. Instead of simply apologizing that she pulled the wrong file, she informed me, in a rude manner, that mistakes are made sometimes. I did not like that at all!
