23 Mile Collision

WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD WITH COLLISION SHOP, I WOULD NEVER, EVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY, SO BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO TAKE YOUR CAR THERE, READ THIS!!! The damage was in rear end of the car. When we first picked the car up, there were many things wrong, but I wanted to give them a chance to make it right, so I brought it back, still issue with panel alignment, missing trim pieces, damaged pieces put back on the car, etc... I took the car back total of 4 times and each time was assured by the owner Shawn, they would resolve the issues, if you guess they didn't you are 100% correct. After getting my insurance involved, the car went to another Collision Shop and I just learned there is still Frame Damage which makes total sense to me because of all the fit issues. Each time I have brought the car back, I have specifically asked: ARE YOU SURE THE FRAME MEASUREMENTS ARE CORRECT as they were trying to correct body fit alignment issues, each time I got the same answer: WE ARE 100% SURE THEY ARE, Guess what I have proof they are not.. Some other issues which I had were: paint started to chip in some areas or was being rubbed off by a bolt or a panel due to them not being aligned properly, broken trip pieces being installed, missing clips, damaged gaskets. IF YOU NEED BODY WORK DONE AND LOOKING FOR A COLLISION SHOP, RUN AWAY FROM THEM AND FIND ANOTHER SHOP.
