The office staff was extremely nice and helpful. The work that was completed on my vehicle was fantastic. I received my vehicle back cleaner on the inside and outside. I was very impressed with the quality of work. What I was not impressed with was the manager, Jay. He yelled at employees in front of customers. He also spoke down to them as if he had some kind of superiority over them. He never once spoke kindly to them and never interacted with the customers. This is the most unprofessional man that I have seen. I was always taught to call someone to the side and talk calmly with them, especially in front of customers. Shame on Jay!

They are very professional and very welcoming. I loved knowing when my vehicle was done. I was updated every day and that made me very pleased. Coming in to pick my car up was nice. It came back beautiful. Thank you so much and thank you all for being so welcoming.

The overall job was excellent. The problem seem to be the paint differences from the left rear bumper and the right rear bumper. The repair job was for the replacement of the entire rear bumper
