The repair went smoothly, and I frequently received both the email from Cross Creek Subaru and Mr. Jerry Glover to update on the status of the repair. That was excellent! During the several weeks that my car was in the shop, I never had any thought or wonder on the progress of the repair.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Jerry handled my repair service extremely well.The communication was great. It helped me to feel confident that my car was in the right place. I'm very pleased with the prompt time it took. Jerry got me set up one day for a estimate. He told me to drop it off the next day and before I could pick up a rental car the guy in the body shop had already started working on the truck. Everyone did a great job. Everyone at Cross Creek Subaru was great and incredibly helpful, and my car looks as good as new. I really appreciated the updates as well; I received both emails and phone calls informing me of where in the process my car was. Cross Creek Subaru made my first car repair experience an excellent one.
