Jerry did a great job and went the extra mile to get us the cars to a drivable state so we could take them both back to Ohio when our rental car ran out. Unfortunately the cars weren't done in time and we have to finish repairs in Ohio. Jerry came in on his day off so that we could pick up the cars and was there all day long until we drove off the lot.
