Eddie did an amazing job! He kept me informed and reassured me when my vehicle would take longer than expected. He said, "I want to make sure it's done right." Great customer service from Cross Creek Subaru. Worked with my insurance company and I with no issues and went out of the way to make sure I got my vehicle back in a timely manner. If I need repairs done again (which hopefully it doesn't come to that) I will definately return to Cross Creek Subaru. Thank you.

Good folks in the body shop. Fleet vehicle so the 5K bill did not bother me; would have if I'd been paying. Eddie and the tall guy both have great customer service skills. I am in sales so I know.
