This was my second time using Keenan and they made a frustrating time bearable. The team located at 703 Baltimore Pike in Clifton Heights, PA kept me informed every step of the way. Brittany greeted me with a smile, Jim took pictures of my vehicle and assured me they would take good care of my car and Tony called me to inform me of the damage and cost of repair. He also told me what not to do post repair. I appreciate the customer service I received at this location, which is why I took my vehicle back a second time. I would definitely recommend this location to others.

Well to begin with the staff was courteous and friendly . They contacted me and offered a variety of dates and times to MY convince. They offered assistance with my rental car which was a big help as well as excepted my rental at the time of return. I had concerns about my metallic paint & it appears to b a perfect match! My repairs looked really good .. GOOD JOB all the way around! I would definitely recommend others to use this shop!

Jerry is a master mechanic and does fabulous work. Although it was raining when I picked it up. I could see the differences from drop off to pick up. Customer service was good. A few less emails would have been appreciated.
