Despite being a week later than promised, following my careful review of the work it appears to have been done professionally.

My car was sent to a sister shop that apparently was not as backed up on their orders and would be able to fix my car in a timely fashion, rather than the original shop that I took it to. I received texts updating the status of my vehicle and even received emails with updates that my vehicle was right on schedule and where it was in the process. The week after I received these updates (when my vehicle had already been there a week or two), I received an email that there had been a mix-up with the updates and that there was another vehicle like mine there and I was being updated on that car, not mine. Another week later (this is now going into the 3rd week), I received a call that my car would be finished on a Wednesday, delivered back to original shop on Thursday for pick-up. My vehicle arrived on Friday. We are very pleased with the work that was done on the vehicle, but was not satisfied with how long it took based on the original estimate and updates with incorrect statuses on the vehicle. Thank you.

Customer service was awesome. I was never worried about my car for Keenan was always updating with text messages about the status of the car. It was evening done earlier than expected!!

Service was excellent and I liked that I was kept updated as to the status of how the work was coming along. My car was beautifully repaired and returned very clean both inside and out.
