When I dropped off my car, I asked about touch ups and James agreed to have these taken care of. When I picked up my car, he mentioned that they missed one and were fixing it while I waited.
I was surprised they just handed me the keys and didn't initially give me a walk around my vehicle. After waiting for the touch up, I went to my car and noticed that they missed a touch up. Funny thing was, this was the first one I asked about. I talked to James and he personally came out and fixed the issue. It was at that time that I asked for the walk around of the repairs. James explained this and I noticed that the wrong Grill was installed on my car.
James was very helpful and assured me that this issue will be taken care of once the new part arrives. I expect a call 3/27 or 3/28 to have the repair completed.
