My blind spot indicator does not work. It stays on all the time on my side view mirrors both of them. This was never a problem before. My dash says to wipe the rear corner bumper but it didn’t fix the problem. I would like to come back to have this corrected. Thank you.

The communication by text didn't NOT match what was actually HAPPENING TO THE STATUS OF THE CAR. It took a total of 3 times to pick up the car because each time I attempted to picked up my car at which time I was told it was finished there was yet another MAJOR thing they forgot to complete. The functioning of the camera on the Passenger mirror was NOT COMPLETE as well as the pinstriping the first time I tried to pick up my car. Due to the fact that I suffered a concussion it made life that much more difficult to be able to get my own car back and make arrangements for someone to help me retrieve my car safely due to my concussion. I needed help being able to drive safely home but because of the lack of accurate communication that happened and how it happened my husband lost a shift at work. The front desk credited us $100 the first time when they forgot the pinstriping but the second time nothing was done which honestly was the worst of both of the times because he lost money at work. I have been using ur body shop for over 10 years and I've never had this type of experience that cause so many problems. I would however greatly appreciate if they could credit us a second refund amt since my husband had to lose work due to the fact of them forgetting to complete the job And me not being able to pick up my car due to my concussion. My husband inquired about a 2nd credit of st least $100 however he was told that a manager would get back to him but that hasn't occurred as of yet. Thank you. Ms Cumins
