Good evening.
When I arrived a week ago, in less then a minute I was helped. A few minutes later two staff members went outside with me to access the damage. They accessed the damage and told me I would need a new bumper.
They answered a few questions that I asked. My SUV was ready in **** week. When I picked up my vechile, I was helped right away. A staff member took me to my car and showed me my new bumper! Great job!
I’m very happy with Bi-County Auto Body. The staff was super friendly. The waiting area was very clean and offered complimentary coffee and bagels.

I was pleased with the way the car turned out,I just have a couple of issues, **** was that I was unable to receive any emails that bicounty said that they had sent me to keel me updated in the progress of the car, I had received one email in the beginning but that was it, and when the car was suppose be ready I didn't get the email that the car was not gonna be ready til yay Thursday, when I called late Thursday morning, I was told that they need to check to see what was going on, the next call I got they stated yes that it would be ready that Thursday but could not give a definite time when it would be ready, I did eventually got a call to say car was ready, But just one other thing , shop never said that Ms. Plummer cat ready just make sure when you pick up we need to settle the deductible of 500 dollars or we cannot release the car to you, I thought I have to pay the car insurance people the deductible, thank god I have the money on me. Other than that I was completely satisfied, and would recommend Bicounty to all my friends, they did and excellent job, and had stuff to eat too, LOL

I love the text updates. Everyone working in the front office was friendly and helpful. The repair work done on my vehicle was well done and as timely as it could be considering. I would have liked a little more verbal descriptive of what exactly was repaired but since it is all written out on my vehicle report it’s more a personal preference. I will definitely recommend Bi-County to anyone, and I hopefully won’t need to, but will return should the need arise.

I was not satisfied with the amount of time it took to fix the car I was told the car would be finished on January 9 without explanation about it being totally painted if they would have told me what they were doing I would have understood. So lack of communication was the main factor.
The work seems to be satisfactory so far I will look at the car in more detail tomorrow. Only our communication should have been explained it as to why the car was it finished on January 9.
Then being cold on Friday, January 12 to say the car was at 4:15 PM in the afternoon when I was already away for the weekend was an issue because it was in that again communicated to me that the car would be finished earlier. This may cause enterprise to charge me for not being able to pick it up on Friday with short notice
