The repair time estimate was two weeks and it was too long comparing to an earlier quote at another shop. I'm paying for rental car out of pocket. So I called in and asked if it could be completed sooner. Clark actually managed to finish it only in one week. I appreciate the effort, and understand the shop is busy. But the fact that it was first estimated for two weeks and I can't get out of it(because it was through Geico express) was a frustration. The repair job is great, Clark is helpful.

This was absolutely the BEST service experience I have ever had with an auto repair shop! I was also so appreciative of the text communication of the stages of repair - and the pick up date turned out to be 6 days earlier than they originally predicted! On top of that the ultimate outcome of the repair was amazing! I am so glad that Geico steered me to this wonderful and exceptional repair shop!

Horrible experience. I was told that my car could be repaired at the BELLEVUE location at high priority as it was not driveable. So I had it towed there. But then the manager on site called me that they are too busy and won't be able to start for 3 weeks. So I had to get my car towed to another shop.

The original estimate for completion was inaccurate. We were told
"approximately a week, maybe longer." After 16 days, all the while receiving useless, inaccurate text messages about the status of the repair, I had to take an Uber to pick up the car in Bellevue in order to have it back for the Labor Day weekend. It was supposed to be delivered back to the shop in West Seattle where we had dropped it off for the repair.
The West Seattle staff that provided the original estimate was pleasant to deal with, but the inaccurate time estimate caused us major unnecessary inconvenience, stress, and cost. Had we known the repair would take anywhere near 16 days we would have postponed the repair to a more convenient time. The staff in Bellevue was very nice and Rory tried to get the car back to us, but was unsuccessful. The repair looks great, but we will think twice before using Service King again.
